Check this spot:
Open the hood and look behind the fusebox. You'll see a bunch of wires/connectors. Move those out of the way and you should see a black vacuum line (I think it's the cruise control) coming out through a hole in the "firewall" (I think it's still called the firewall, even though it's around the side???). That's where mine was getting in. It would fill up at the edge of the hood cowl and overflow down where those wires and that vacuum hose are and get right in there.
I bought a rubber gasket and cut a donut shape out, with an OD much bigger than the hole in the metal/firewall and an ID equal to the hose diameter. Then I use silicone adhesive to attach it to the metal, around the vacuum line and sealed the whole thing up with more silicone.
Hopefully that's what you've got, cause it sure was an easy fix! Good luck!
