The only reason I can recommend keeping the stock Clarion stuff is if you, for some reason, just have to have the OEM sound system installed.
The Nak's aux in is on the back. I run a twin RCA to headphone jack cable out to somewhere where it can reach the iPod. Charging separate. Another way would be to buy a car system for the iPod that uses the dock cable for both audio and charging, slice off th Le cig lighter power connector and wire in at the back of the lighter for power.
The Nak is more powerful than the stock stuff. Don't expect miracles with the stock speakers, Burke they aren't shot, a CD-400 will absolutely make them sound better than the horrific Clarion stuff.
