gfresh:
I wouldn't even think twice about your wires and cap if they're that new and Bougicord and Bosch (IS cap Bosch?).
As to plugs, one of my C900s came with platinum plugs, I can't tell you the maker but it was I think Bosch, and I didn't know the age, but the car started running badly and when I pulled them I found the (tiny) platinum electrodes burnt away, not merely flush to the porcelain but actually subflush, with the porcelain itself burnt away in a kind of dish-shaped depression.
I don't think platinums have anything like the longevity of standard plugs. So if yours are platinum tipped that's still something to check.
And as I said, maybe one or more has a crack in the porcelain - - I think I know how to put plugs in and take em out, I know the consequences and try to be careful, but every once in a while I let a spark plug socket lean over hard against a plug and crack it. Others may be far more careful but it still doesn't hurt to pull them and look.
Then there's the condition of other wiring to look at.
There IS an answer to what's going on, but finding it may not be easy.
