i've done a few, and i think they are eeeasy compared to any other car i've seen: You don't have to take the transmission off! Awesome...you will want a manual though.
You can use many different things to jam in the pressure plate. A curled up threaded rod about the right thickness always works for me. Place it in the right spot and tap it in place w/ a hammer and a screwdriver, going downward \..with gravity. Rotate the engine and tap it in all the way around. Doesn't matter if your hydraulic is down or if someone is there to push the clutch in then.
Think i saw that on an episode of Macgyver.
