Guys, I generally ship the 5 speeds by Fedex ground or Fedex home delivery. I have a few crates that I use. Fedex's weight limit is 150 lbs and with a 5 speed in one of these crates they just make it so you can go on their web site and get an estimate or contact me with your zip code and I'll figure it out. Of course I have to send you the empty crate first, figure 20 lbs on that and you have to send it back too. Sorry, it's not like the old days when I could just send a fresh unit and let you return the core in the crate. It's just too hard to get good used cores anymore and I don't have a single one at the moment. Greyhound package express is an excellent option and if you get on their site you can get an estimate. Ship it to Grand Junction, Colorado and I'll go pick it up for gas money (about $20). Greyhound doesn't get any closer to me than that. One advantage there is that you may not need a crate. Just drain all the oil out (please do that regardless of shipping method), put it in a plastic bag and wrap the crap out of it with bubble wrap, cardboard and tape and they will probably be happy. Lastly, I will even consider driving and picking it up or delivering it or both for minimal compensation (gas at 30 mpg) and we could meet halfway. I like taking road-trips in my C900 turbo. Hope this helps, Chris.
