The theory behind using a mityvac to bleed a C900 clutch system would be to connect the mityvac to the bleed nipple and pull the fluid from the reservoir through the line and into the mityvac reservoir. You leave the cap off of the fluid reservoir and periodically top it up. If it runs dry you'll be sucking air into the line of course. Sadly you will pump and pump and pump for days on end and never evacuate all of the air from the system. (But the mityvac is still a real handy tool to have.)
You have probably seen one of my old posts wherein I advise to just connect a length of vinyl tubing to the bleed nipple and, while holding it up vertically, fill it with fluid and then blow that fluid into the system using some source of compressed air. I usually just use my lungs, it takes very little air pressure to push the fluid through the system (be sure the reservoir cap is off). If you have a small compressor with a blow gun you can use that with the pressure set at about 3 PSI. This is referred to as "reverse bleeding" and works perfectly every time for me in about 5 minutes. Some people have said that they don't want to push nasty fluid from the slave end of the circuit up into the reservoir. The simple solution for that is after bleeding you suck the nasty fluid from the reservoir with a syringe and then refill it with fresh fluid. There are other ways to bleed the system but none as simple and quick.
