Hi oldsaab,
I am trying to figure this out right now as I disconnected my fuel line while replacing the grommets on the fuel tank and it appears I need to pull this to reconnect?
In any case, I am trying to understand removal of the pump. I tried pulling it straight up using a screwdriver, but it didn't budge. As my car is old ( 1980 900 T ) I am concerned about taking another two steps back for every one forward.
Should I just slide something in the vent hole and push up from the pump on the bottom to get it loose?
Thanks,
Brent
