You can do ventilated, but... It is NOT as easy as just replacing rotors.
You need:
New Rotors - because it's not worth doing with used ones
Calipers - though you can get by replacing just the caliper yoke (flat plate piece), as that is the only difference
Hubs - these are different from non-ventilated, and the rotors won't be in the right position without them
Wheel bearings (because you have to press the hub out of the bearing, which will destroy it, so...)
