No such issue is common to the T37 transaxle. You have a leaking axle seal, inner driver housing o'ring or end cover gasket OR the final drive was over-filled and it's spewing out the vent. One other consideration is the possibility that ATF is passing through the twin opposed oil seals in the pinion gear housing, getting into the final drive chamber and causing an overfull condition but that's pretty far-fetched unless the rebuilder did something wrong regarding those two seals. You might see if there is ATF mixed into the final drive oil. Let us know what you find please.
