A family member bought the Saab tumbler kit last year from a locksmith supply. Under $50 and good for rebuilding a lot of cylinders. The kit includes plastic 'C' clips, dozens of tumbler plates and tumbler springs. Replacing the tumblers isn't that hard. Just takes some patience. The cylinders come apart with just basic hand tools. We didn't didn't tackle trunk lock cylinders just ignition and door cylinders. The hatch trunk lock cylinder is held together by the plastic 'C' clip. We know that because a 'C' clip broke on a hatch cylinder and we just snapped a clip back in it without messing with the tumblers.
