My SPG would fluctuate its boost until I removed my EGR. But it sounds like yours is gone too (yes it's the valve under the intake manifold that has a tube surrounded by a coil, that tube snakes around the front of the engine and inserts into the exhaust manifold).

If it is miss firing then it could be electrical.
