Since I was just in there, if memory serves me right, the switch is open. I had a problem with my e-brake light staying on too, but I fiddled with the tensioner screws and got it to go off. If you have the time or inclination to take the drivers seat out you can access the little hatch on the side of the center console to get access to the e-brake tensioners and the indicator switch. But now since I have union/flare splices in my brake lines, I have to get my e-brake serviced by my indi since it works very poorly. Hope it's not my calipers. Unfortunately the snow is falling and the temps are dropping so my outside work will be limited until Spring.
