Rotate the flywheel a bit. Sounds like the PP might be getting hung up on a dowel pin on the flywheel. Keep giggling. The next time I do a clutch, to avoid blowing out a slave cyl. "o"ring by using the pedal to free up the PP spacer ring I'm going to just start the 6 PP-flywheel bolts, then put three wedges in between PP&FW so the SC piston doesn't extend too far to blow the seal. Then remove wedges and tighten bolts after spacer ring is removed. Anyone see anything wrong with this new, just thought of, idea?
