Hey there,
Sorry I didn't understand what you were saying before, as I said, electrics not my best thing.
So I metered the #7 fuse to which I have 7 v under load (blinker on) 5v without blinker.
Also metered #27 fuse 4-ways and that was blown it showed 12 v so I replace the fuse it flashed once and blew the fuse again.
I'm thinking the ignition key switch?
The thing is Bentley shows the #7 fuse going to 54 pole and the 27 fuse going to the 30 pole, but my guess is they share a ground on the key?
Am I on the right track to take the ignition key switch apart/clean terminals etc?
