I just did this a few weeks ago and with the right tools its a easy enough job but requires patience to remove the high pressure line off the rack, because of clearance issues. If I recall correctly you'll need 16 mm and 18 mm wrenches, I was able to use a combination of stubby and regular sized open end wrenches to do this.

This job took me some time because I was cleaning off the grime off the rack and also replaced the return hose while I was there, which would be hard to do if the high pressure line was not off. Two hrs is probably a good estimate for this job, its not as easy as on some other cars because its so tight down by the rack.
