Hello,
2 things I have seen rarely to check.
1. Check the hose portion of the pressure line between the master and slave to see if it has a weak spot that shows up as a bulge after everything heats up a bit. After a quick drive to get it acting up have someone press and release the peddle while watching the hose.
2. Check your brakes again after it acts up. I've had sticking slides or failing calipers that have heated the fluid enough to effect clutch operation and still stop fine. Good Luck, Bernie at George Riggin Specialty Automotive
