Well my aching back took all it could stands, and it couldn't stands no more!

Scored a great deal on these 2002 E46 M3 convertible seats, and took a chance that I could make adapters to get proper fitment in my C900. In fact, I had driven my convertible up to Asheville NC, and after buying these seats there we rode (topless) back home with these M3 seats in the back seat upside down!

All installed and I couldn't be happier. Did some careful measurement of the M3 seats, the 900 floorpan mounting points for the M10s. I also had to trim the front rails of the M3 seats as the hardware length interfered with feet area.....however the trim did not affect full adjustment travel which is retained. Easy wiring conversion, only the 30A supply and ground needed. No memory positions are functional, as only the wife and I use this car and honestly don't care to have that capability. I've got an ACAD drawing if anyone cared to follow my footsteps....just email me and I'm happy to send it.

If anyone wants to look over the details of my adapter frames & seat mods, I'm attaching the link to my photobucket account for your inspection.

Purists can hate me, but my back comfort comes first. I'm surprised how close the back seats match this BMW leather.
