Hi all. Quick question: My recently arrived Bosch distributor rotor is black and slender. The one that currently lives in my distributor is orange like the cap, and has a thicker looking diameter that goes around the shaft as well as a thicker arm.

RM European promises me that it is the right part for my car, but before I go cracking off the old one, are they truly equivalent? A guy at my local parts store said that the black slender one is for the turbo, and they orange one is for a standard engine...could it be that my distributor is not from a turbo? I've seen the orange one searching online for parts before, maybe I should find one of those...

It's been a long time since I pulled off a rotor, never had to crack it off and ruin it in the past
