Which Cabin Fan Motor?

Looks like my 1989 cabin blower fan has died. (There's power to the connector. I also hooked it up to a jumper pack, just for grins. Nothing.) I notice the rebuilt replacements come without the blower cage, and there's two types. One is "screw-type" and the other is "clip-type." Which do I need?
Bonus question: Anyone know what the shop quote books say about how long this job takes? (I know enough to double it to estimate how long it will take me.)
