I found the plastic razor blades at an estate sale but I a paint supply shop would have them. I buy a lot of supplies from this site:

Transmission shift linkage changed in '85 or thereabouts. Question is what year is the trans. going into. So at least the shift linkage will be needed, from inside the car to the trans. Anyone else chime in here? On the paint, it depends on how much work is needed. The 3M Finesse It, p/n 39003 might work or you will have to use very fine sand paper (2000?) & wet sand it, then buff it with the Finesse It. Hope this helps!
