Re-torquing existing head bolts

Have an 1989 900 TC and have an oil leak at #4 cylinder below the head onto the block. I had a distributor seal and valve cover gasket leak but replaced both gaskets/seals but am still seeing oil.
Have not done a compression check on cylinder because I have no way to do but was just curious as to what everyone thought on an engine with 202,000, if the HG was replaced and maybe not properly torqued. (slight oil in coolant after flush and fill)
I know this is a reach just wanted some feedback before compression check and the possibility of me doing another head gasket at 15 hours.
Also - kids in college and the wife thinks the car would make a great boat anchor...
