ok, I found two leaks. One was at the turbo bypass valve which i corrected with a new hose clamp and the other was where that hose connects to the throttle body. Turns out the bonding material holding the brass (?) fittings to the throttle body had deteriorated. I've now removed that fitting and the one beneath it from the throttle body and wondering what I should use to refit them.
Can I use Loctite Weld or JB Weld? Or should this be more of a gasket-type compound like silicone?
