Thank you Gary for the suggestion! The PCV valve was mostly functional but the tubing to the manifold was partially blocked. I cleared the tube and replaced the valve with a new spare and after a rigorous test drive, the annoying smell and blue smoke is gone. Thank you for posting on this problem! Your turn Justin!
