Fluid is under the reservoir, but also around the hoses that lead into the engine bay. I'll draw down the fluid in the reservoir this week and see if I luck out and only have to replace the hose clamps.
The metal lines were replaced with a new rack I had installed a few years back... pretty sure they didn't mess with the lines at the reservoir. Maybe a hose has gone bad up there. Seems more likely than a metal hose clamp. It's surprisingly tight in that part of the engine bay.
