Five speed right? Other things will leak and appear to be dripping from the rear cover, number one among those would be the bolts that secure the inner driver housings on the left and right sides of the unit. They each have six 8 mm bolts (12 mm hex heads) and must be coated with thread sealant (like form-a-gasket #2) or oil will seep out past the threads. There is also an o'ring and an oil seal on the inner driver housing that can wear out and allow oil leakage and the oil will wander back toward the rear cover.
