Not trying to be a 'buzzkiller,' but from personal experience having done it, replacing the entire floorpan seems a conceptually easy solution but is an incredibly massive time consuming and expensive job and not near worth doing in any reasonable sense. You would be far better off looking for another rust free c900 to restore.
If you are still committed to the project and the center tunnel, side rails, lower firewall and lower rear bulkhead sections are in good structural shape, I highly recommend creating replacement panels (in as many pieces as required) and carefully fitting and welding them in one-by-one from underneath the car. Just prepping down to bare weldable metal for this operation is in itself a daunting time-consuming process and needs to be done on a lift or at least extra-high jack stands. If the aforementioned structural sections are compromised, replacing them is also a really big chore and not worth doing. The entire interior needs to be stripped out just to start and you will have to be very careful that the basic structure does not get twisted or distorted losing it's designed geometry during the cutting and rebuild process. And, having done that, you will still need to re-create the missing floorpan pieces.
Hopefully, your car can be repaired within reason but be prepared for some nasty surprises. Good Luck!
