Is the sound of the squeak affected by the engine's rpm? If not, it probably is not the pulley or the belt. I had a similar noise and it turned out the whole alternator was loose. There is a large adjustment bolt, underneath the alternator that might not be tightened in place. This adjustment bolt is hard to put a wrench on. Spray a light lubricant on this adjustment bolt. That may stop the squeak, but you will still have to tighten the adjustment bolt.
