I owned a Commemorative Edition (#256). I could tell the previous owners strived to maintain authenticity. There was only woodgrain on the dash. I still own a new OEM woodgrain dash kit for the CE and it is the same color as the one in the photo. I bought this new dash, as well as a new clock spring and Red Box from a dealer. I don't think any of these items are unique to the CE. I do have a wood grain dash from 1986 900 Turbo Hatchback that is very similar to this shade of dark brown. It definitely looks like an "after market" piece to me.
