Hello,
Another place to check for air leaks would be the nipples that press in around the throttle body. I am talking about the 2 that have the hoses to the idle air control valve. They are epoxied in and sometimes come loose. If you find no leaks you can try disconnecting the MAF and see if the cars runs okay then. After that I would be down to checking fuel pressure. Another thing how old is the gas in it? Good Luck, Bernie
