I did a minor search and found some options.
This is a silver plating kit which I might try since it's cheap and I don't think removal of the adjusting brackets will be necessary:
https://caswellplating.com/electroplating-anodizing/silver-plating-kits.html
Also found multiple mentions of a company called Uvira Inc. Oddly no website but if you google UVIRA Oregon plating you will see the business info. I think they do the same work as the German site blacksheep mentioned.
I believe they vaporize aluminum and adhere it to the reflector then cover it with vaporized glass. Supposedly more durable than the silver plating but not as bright in the beginning. I found something about silver being 95% reflective and the aluminum 90% but the silver will lose it's reflectiveness whereas the vaporized and glassed aluminum will not.
So luckily there are options.
Thanks guys!
Tushy
