So before Brad passed away he did the split second computer and water meth injection on my 86 SPG. It runs high boost quite a bit of power of course, and shreds gears like you would not believe. That all being said I'm running in the 11s on my air fuel ratio gauge. Had this set up for roughly 10,000 miles I really limit myself when taking the car out anymore. I tend to have a heavy foot. And I've torn up three transmissions in the last 6 years. Car is amazing it sounds like you have one as well they're just too much fun to not turn up. Brad put in a pressure sensor so I can adjust when the methanol turns on depending on outside temperature. In hotter times I will have the methanol kick in at 4 or 5 lb of boost, when it's cooler outside I won't turn the methanol on till 11 or 12 lb of boost. I do also know how to rebuild the transmission so that tends to help with my heavy foot problem. Have fun. Rob built your transmission didn't he? How is it holding up?
