thanks Bernie. Much to my surprise, I found that ESaabParts has the individual plastic nipples in stock! Not as a kit, but individual pieces, p/n 7480429 (need 6), 7480460 (1), 7480437 (need 2), 7480445 (need 2). I had to re-use some bits from an old Elring kit (998.460, NLA) to refit the bars, but I will put in new pieces as soon as I receive them...
