Hello,
I am going to recommend a professional or friend with experience. But, only for the experience of them knowing if it is normal lifters pumping up after a long slumber or low end engine knock.
There is going to be alot of lifter/valve train noise for the upto 15 or 20 minutes until is finally fully quiets up. But they will fade as each of the 16 lifters fills with oil. Good Luck, Bernie
