Take off the Seiko compressor and throw it in the garbage. Go buy a Four Seasons 58588. (rebranded Sanden SD508) Rock Auto has them cheap. It has a 2 groove V-Belt pulley but you just use a single belt on the outer groove. Everything lines up perfectly fine. You will need to bend the hard line on the manifold hoses coming off the back of the compressor a little to get everything to fit but other than that it is a direct fit. This 4 seasons is a brand new compressor made for R134A. The Seiko compressors never work very well with R134A in my opinion, plus they were designed for R12 anyway. They eventually all leak at the spindle seal and throw oil on the hood. The Seiko is also rotary vein while the Sanden/4 seasons is a piston driven compressor. The 4 seasons doesn't cause as much drag on the engine, at least from my experience. It's a much better compressor than the Seiko, at least when using R134A.
