Oh lord youre reading my mnd. Been doing a lot of research this week

So the Seiko Seiki SS170PSS is kinda crap. Two of mine are leaking. I just rebuilt another one.

The sandens seem to be WAY better and are easily available because of saab using the standard ear mount.

Sanden 508's then replaced as Sanden SD7H15, then replaced by the FLX-7 series

The biggest question I have now is do any of the sanden heads have the same mounting as the flat manifold style thats used on the Seiko?

From what I see, the older (87 and before) 900s use the Sanden 508s and they use a standard two ports , not a manifold.

Does anyone know more about the manifold type?
