I am running.
1. Sweedish dynamics APC
2. 3bar FPR
3. Advance vacuum capsule.. (an original SPG9 one).

my bust always fluttered like you said .. yellow/ red yellow red.. I was told that was normal... and if very cold out I would get a brief deep red boost once in a while.

the other day my APC valve was "chattering".. so I put in the MCS "KIT".. and WOW.. smooth / holds boost /.. from 3/4 to WOT.. it is a different car. that old valve maybe was failing?.. anyway seems like we are in identical spot.
