based on the photos, it looks like the v belt is offset further due to the differences in the v-belt clutch between the two compressors.

I would offset this at the mounting point ears with some washers and different bolts, you should be able to push it back a half inch. Normally it goes like this: (this is supposed to be a 2D diagram of a bolt lol) <=NUT===EAR=====Mount bracket ===|, you could always shim it like this <=NUT===EAR==WASHERS===Mount bracket ===|

Another suggestion would be to switch the clutch and belt over but that would probably only work if it was the same shaft dimensions / same model.
