Hello,
I would check out the vacuum lines attached to that vacuum switch for cruise control. It is set up to put you in base boost with cruise on. I doubt the problem is with the pressure transducer if that is making it change. I would expect you will find somewhere those cruise control hoses are getting vacuum from the engine and putting you in base boost. Ofcourse the problem still could be behind the dash since there are hoses to the pressure transducer and the cluster. And hoses to the switches and cruise control capsule. Good Luck, Bernie
