The main pump is Bosch 0580464037. You can also use Bosch 0580464024. The pre-pump is SAAB 7526163, or 9349671. I used an Airtex E8381 but had to modify it a bit to get it to fit correctly. I also had to modify the strainer at the bottom of the pre-pump to use a more modern version since the strainer on my car was no good anymore and I could not find a new original style strainer anywhere.
Stick with BOSCH for the main pump. New old stock on eBay is MUCH better than any of the Chinese aftermarket or Pro-Parts pumps.
It isn't really a straightforward job because of the parts issues mentioned so if you have some ability to modify things yourself that will help.
Also you don't need the lock-ring removal tool as that was on later model cars that have a plastic lock ring instead of the rubber bellows that the '85 has. All you will need to remove the pump is a flexible screwdriver or nut driver to remove the worm clamp that holds the rubber bellows tight, and even a regular screwdriver will work its just a bit more tedious.
Hope that helps!
