Before you can get much further with this problem, you need some baseline data. Sooo... change the oil, refill the coolant (50/50 water and antifreeze), and top up the brake fluid, transmission fluid, and power steering fluid. The fact that you don't see leaks now could be because there's nothing left to leak out. Be sure not to drive it an inch until both coolant and oil are full.
Then drive it a little and note what happens with the coolant level and the oil level and carefully look for leaks in the engine compartment and on the ground under the car. If neither coolant or oil drops or it drops only a little bit, keep driving, checking the fluid levels regularly to find out how fast things are dropping and whether the oil is getting contaminated with coolant, etc. If the car is blowing blue smoke out the back, oil is being burned, perhaps from the turbo, worn rings, valve guides, etc. If the car blows lots of white smoke out the back, coolant is leaking into the cylinders via a blown head gasket.
You could just have a leaky hose or water pump or it could be a head gasket or other problem. If you've driven it without coolant, there's a good probability that the head gasket is shot, and perhaps other damage too.
