I think Beaudreau is correct. Your objective is to bypass the relay by taking power directly to the fuel pump. I followed the procedures in the Bently manual to do this successfully. Here are these procedures.
Locate and remove the fuel pump relay. This is located in the fuse box under the hood. There appear to be 10 relays (or sockets for relays) arranged in two rows of 5 each on the right side of the fuse box. The fuel pump relay is on the top row, second position from the right.
When you pull the relay there will be 5 terminals explosed. You will want to put a jumper between terminals numbered 30 and 87. One is "hot" with (probably) 12 volts. The other leads directly to the fuel pump. So, with a jumper wire in place, the fuel pump runs constantly.
You can make a jumper wire using garden variety 1/4 inch spade terminals crimped onto a piece of insulated wire.
Hope this helps.
