it sounds like you did not (yet) elect to get the block linebored? the primary reason to do so is to reset those clearances when the crank is round but slightly worn as well. if block was line bored then the screwed it up and you did not use A&W bearing....You are right on far outside of spec.it will run but not last, i believe i have already related my observations on not having bottom end PERFECTLY square on a high hp engine. my suggestion is to tear it down and get it linebored.
