First, the Cabin Airflow Sensor. Before doing anything you need a can of compressed air (most frequently sold a computer cleaning accessory) and a can of spray silicone. All of the supermaret style autoparts stores have the silicone spray, but you might need to ask someone for help finding it. Pop the bulls-eye off by prying with a small screwdriver or the like. First, give the revealed fan a good blast with the compressed air. Then give it a good blast with the spray silicone and another blast with the air. You might want to do this a couple of times. You can remove the sensor from the rear, but at this point, I don't think that's necessary.
Second, the rapid air conditioning compressor cycling. The condition you describe is certainly abnormal. There are four possible causes I can think of, which are:
1. Low refrigerant charge.
2. Defective anti-frost switch.
3. Defective pressure cycling switch.
4. Defective ACC (Automatic Climate Control) control unit.
I would suspect those items in that order. Just about any shop shop should be able to check your refrigerant charge for a reasonable fee. I would start there.
