Well its almost that time, its in need of new rubber soon, so Im considering a DIY wheel refinish job on my 3 spoke Super Aero ( or is it just Aero) factory rims. Quotes from places like Wheel Collision in PA are around 125.00 each to make em look like new. Im thinking of stripping them down myself and perhaps taking them to a local shop for the paint. Or I may just try the paint myself too, as a freind has a pro-type spray gun. Any advice out there? Anyone try this with good/bad results. I know this has been covered before but I couldnt seem to pull up any posts on the search. Thanks !
