Like Anders said, anything is possible: given the resources and the will! I've removed/replaced many a saab drivetrain, starting with my first '71 99. A few years ago I bought a very low mileage '92 9000 automatic that was hit very light in the front. I didn't want the automatic, so the salvage yard said they'd swap a manual drivetrain. I ended up with a '94 engine/transaxle - without TCS. The only things I had to change were the ECU, ABS computer and the pedal assembly. There were a few wires that needed to be spliced in order to integrate the Trionic to the Jetronic and DI connectors, and a few wires that run to the EDU. However, I didn't have to do anything major to the wires that run into the cabin.
Basically, I think only the parts you have listed need to be changed.
