Hey man the below is for a 93 9000CS you better get other guys to tell you if it applies to your year!!!!!!!!!!!!

REPEAT THIS IS FOR 93 9000CS WAIT UNTIL SOMEBODY CONFIRMS IT

"Assume your standing at the front of the car looking into the engine bay - distributor is on your right
Fit the distributor cap. One of the four distributor cap legs is now at the top just forward of the engine - ie closest to you - this is No. 1. Going away from you towards the back of the engine the next one is No. 2. The next one round is No.4 which is just about underneath. The final one is No. 3.

Check condition of cap and rotor arm. Replace cap if any tracking marks present (cost about £4) and rotor arm if contact shows sign of burning.

If you change the cap - keep the old one and mark it up with a fibre pen - that's how I know!"
