My $.02, if I have a multi disc player that works

in the back, I would take the single disc player out and sell it on ebay as a "needs repair" item. Someone will buy it because these single disc clarion players are hard to come by. I wouldn't spend 80 bucks on it since you already have the changer. Instead, use the proceeds to buy a new magazine for the changer and one of the Ford Taurus cupholders to put in your CD player slot (that is what I did, and the cup holder looks like it was designed for the car).
Enjoy your car.
PS: Why did the dealer have to jump it? Was it merely a bad battery? I wouldn't buy a car from a dealer that needed a new battery. That is just one of those things reputable dealers are supposed to check before putting the car on the lot for sale. I would be absolutely embarrased if I was a salesman and one of my clients cars wouldn't start when the picked it up.
