The boost on the Aero manual is 1.250 bar. auto is .9 bar.
When I had my mods done....exhaust(cat back), intake, wastegate the mechanic, at the suggestion of Abbott, reset the boost to 1.1bar.
Boost is my friend....more than those ECU's.
frankly, with all the upgrades I have heard and read about....and the discussion surrounding the auto..which I believe can take a lot more than most say it can provided you don't abuse it in first and second (lock-up 3rd and 4th), I don't see why you could not just mate an Aero engine and ECU with an auto? with 40 percent more torque 2nd though 4th should be ....quite satisfying...don't ya think? Plus the MPG would be a hell of a lot better.
