The TD04 pumps more volume per 20k rpm than the T25 does, so it feels as if it is spooling quicker, but I'd be willing to wager that the T25 spins up at a faster rate. As I pointed out below to Street, the inertial effects are much more dependent upon the physical size of the turbine and compressor than the masses. I don't know the actual masses involved here, but I do know that the TD04's turbine and compressor are larger in diameter.
