Somewhere in the past I posted about having the same problem. I used a 3" cutting wheel (air powered die grinder) but you may be able to do something with an electric drill also. It seems to be the right size to get into that area. I cut the bolts on both sides of the sway bar to get them off. Once the bar was out, I was able to knock out the ends of the bolts.
I did something similar for the bushings I used a piece of steel tubing about the same ID as the eye on the bar- I think it's part of a tailpiece from a faucet drain actually. Cut it in half, spray silicone all over the bushing, clamp the two halves of the tube together with a hose clamp, and press it in with a vise and some 1/2" sockets as spacers. Simple! Actually it took several tries each time, but it can be done.
